Monday to Saturday, 8 to 10am and 4 to 6pm (two-hour group classes)
Children's Muay Thai at a traditional Kathu gym run by former world champions. Classes focus on technique, coordination and fitness in a controlled setting, and each one ends with a cool-down and a short talk about a value such as respect or perseverance.
Worth knowing
Children outside the 5 to 12 range can ask for a private assessment. Prices are not on the gym's page, so ask when you book.
