Buds is a long-running bilingual nursery, kindergarten and primary school on Chaofa East Road in Chalong, about a kilometre north of Chalong Circle, for children from 12 months to 12 years.
It follows an American curriculum based on the Common Core from nursery to Grade 6, with native English-speaking teachers working alongside Thai assistants, and Thai and Mandarin lessons.
Buds is one of the most affordable options on the island for younger children, and welcomes both Thai and international families. Families will need to choose another school for secondary.
